Shipping & Returns

Before you return your item to LOTTE USA, make sure that your item can be accepted as a return item.

As LOTTE’s products are food products, all food sales are final.  Lotte USA will be glad to replace any item in the unlikely event that they might be damaged in transit or spoiled during transit.  To make sure that you are satisfied with the products you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Lotte USA is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package.

Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.  Refunds can ONLY be credited to the originating credit card.

Once you have been issued an RMA#, securely package your product and ship to:

We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method such as UPS that offers delivery confirmation. You will be responsible for the return shipment fee.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving the package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, we will refund or ship you the exchanged product.

If you have received a product other than the one you have ordered, or if you have received a product that was damaged from delivery, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase for redelivery. We will pay for your return shipping.
